Equipped with a 640*512 high-resolution thermal imaging camera featuring a 13mm focal length lens and 16x digital zoom, it is easy to observe distant targets. Multiple Temperature Measurement Modes
Central temperature measurement: View real-time display of the temperature in the center area of the screen. Spot temperature measurement: Tap the screen, and the temperature of the selected object will be displayed in real time. Regional temperature measurement: Get a dynamic view of the average temperature, maximum temperature, and minimum temperature displayed in a selected area.

Temperature alarm: Monitors the screen temperature in real time. The system prompts the user when the temperature reaches a set threshold. Isotherm: Set a temperature range and the system will detect any objects within the specified temperature range. Image enhancement: Supports real-time adjustment of image brightness, contrast, and image details. The system will highlight any objects within the temperature target.

Políticas de Devolución de Acosta Tech
En Acosta Tech, nuestro objetivo es garantizar la satisfacción de nuestros clientes con cada compra. No obstante, entendemos que puede haber situaciones en las que un cliente desee hacer una devolución. Las siguientes políticas detallan los procedimientos a seguir para cambios y devoluciones:
Periodo de Devolución
Los clientes tienen derecho a devolver los productos dentro de los 15 días calendarios siguientes a la fecha de entrega. Para iniciar el proceso de devolución, el cliente deberá contactarnos para coordinar una cita en la cual procederemos a la recepción del equipo y a la gestión del reembolso correspondiente.
Estado del Producto
Para cualificar para una devolución completa, los artículos deben estar en la misma condición en que se recibieron, sin daños, sin signos de uso y en su embalaje original con todos los accesorios y manuales incluidos. Los productos que no cumplan con estas condiciones, podrán ser sujetos a cargos adicionales o ser rechazados para devolución.
Restock Fee
En el caso de que el cliente decida devolver el equipo tras abrirlo y sin ningún defecto de fábrica, pero simplemente por insatisfacción, se aplicará un cargo por restock del 15% sobre el valor del equipo. Esta tarifa cubre la depreciación del producto y los costos asociados con la preparación del producto para su reventa.
Documentación Necesaria
Para procesar cualquier cambio o devolución, es imprescindible que la persona que efectuó la compra presente su identificación oficial y una copia del comprobante de compra original.
Productos con Desperfectos Técnicos
Si un cliente recibe un equipo con defectos técnicos, deberá dirigirse directamente al fabricante para hacer valer la garantía del producto. Será responsabilidad del cliente cubrir los gastos de envío y manejar las comunicaciones con el fabricante para resolver la situación.
Exclusiones
No se aceptarán devoluciones de productos que hayan sido personalizados o modificados a pedido del cliente, así como productos de software o servicios post-venta que hayan sido activados o registrados.
Reembolsos
Los reembolsos serán procesados utilizando el método original de pago dentro de los 15 días hábiles siguientes a la recepción y verificación del estado del equipo devuelto. Los tiempos para la visualización efectiva en la cuenta del cliente pueden variar según el método de pago y la entidad bancaria.

Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar las presentes políticas de devolución con o sin aviso previo. Recomendamos a nuestros clientes revisar periódicamente el presente documento para mantenerse actualizados sobre cualquier cambio que pudiera afectar su derecho a devolver productos adquiridos.
